Shipping Policy
At Maptrex we strive to provide our customers with accurate and prompt deliveries for all our products. That is why we ship all domestic products via US Postal Service. That way you can be assured that your package will arrive in a timely matter.
If you prefer to receive the package via UPS or FedEx, we will have to bill additional fees. These will be added to your order to cover the cost of insurance.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your shipment from MapTrex arrives damaged, then please do the following three steps [NOTE: For international shipments or any non-UPS shipment, follow the same procedure substituting the appropriate carrier for references to UPS below]:
If your shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of the order placement date, then notify MapTrex of the problem at please contact us and we will make every effort get you your order.
MapTrex has a satisfaction guarantee, if you are not satisfied with our product in any way return it. HuntMap will replace any damaged or lost product at no additional cost to the purchaser or provide you a full refund (less return shipping costs). In the event of product return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please notify us first that you are planning on returning your product and we will provide you with a return shipping address.
MapTrex will not refund or exchange any product purchased directly through a third party or dealer. The dealer takes full responsibility and liabilities associated with any direct exchanges or refunds to their customer.
Credit Card Security Information
At www.MapTrex.com your credit card information is never sent via e-mail without first being encrypted using industry-standard PKI encryption. We make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. It is not stored on our Internet-accessible server for more than a moment before being automatically transmitted to offline systems. When credit card information is transmitted via the Internet, we use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
